Family Health Care Center is a family practice office based in Punxsutawney, PA.  The office was opened by Phillip States, MD in 2004.  Since that time the office continues to grow, and the name was changed to Family Health Care Center to reflect this growth on January 1, 2015, coinciding with the opening of our current location at 81 Hillcrest Drive Suite 200, the second floor of the Medical Arts Building attached to the Punxsutawney Area Hospital.

Our current providers are Phillip States, MD; Angela Shaffer, PA-C; Erin Cessna, PA-C; Mikey Kacsmar, CRNP; and our newest provider, Nicole (Watkins) Pomeroy, CRNP, who joined our staff in May 2018.
